Hi everybody, time for an update.
As long as I'm not uploading stuff I still want to be kept in mind.
So I will report you of some great and not so great stuff of my momentary life.
Don't stopp reading now! I promise I won't dwell in self-pity or anything like that. ;D

First of all I want to report to you that I discovered a great book (okay, my prof showed me ) of illustrator HANS BACHER [link] , who worked a lot for Disney as an production designer. Amongst others he worked on films like: ALLADIN, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, CINDERELLA, LION KING and MULAN.
He illustrated and composed scenes and figures in the best way of expression. In his book he gives a great insight of all necessary composing aspects for good illustration and setting on the examples of filmscenes. Especially compositional matters like the effect of angle, coordination and interaction of figures and classic shots that are used in animation are shown and explained.
Hans Bacher is one of the most greatest illustraters ever as everybody knows who likes Disney films!

I bought two of them, one for me one for a friend, but unfortunately the damn f*ckin post lost it! Or whatever! Second time in two weeks that I wait for a book and it just won't come... or was stolen out of my letterbox, like the first one. I want to kick my mailmans ass for just throwing our packages into the corridor! *phew* *coming down again*

Disney copies scenes from their own films for new films. It's some way of saving time. Nothing to be angry about, because nobody would notice it while watching one film. But it's still interesting to see the matching scene.

Let's change subject and talk about...Sex, baby!
No! I mean about MY WORK.

I'm doing a lot of researches and sketches about my city and about... cars. Me, and everybody who ever tried it can comprehend to this, I have to say I learned to hate drawing cars! The problem is they are too designed, so when you do just a little mistake in the shape everybody will see it! And the models are all so similar. I tried drawing a small Peugeot but I came out to look like a Ford. Okay okay, there are bigger problems than that, I know. For example the collision I'm supposed to draw in the end.
So now I'm searching for films with good collision-scenes. The only one I have in mind is CRANK. Has anybody else an idea?
Next thing about my work. I'm redrawing the "Computermaus" picture. It doesn't really look like a mouse, more like a guinea pig with a long rat-tale. The sketch is ready to be colored.

FANART:
I'm not doing any fanart at the moment. I'm sorry! I have no inspiration for this. First of all I have to get my other tasks done. But I'm always looking for new fanart you made! So don't dare stopp drawing!
